Built in 1990 and remodeled in 2002, the Sheraton Grand Tai Ping Yang was the first 5-star deluxe hotel
in the Hongqiao area, one of Shanghai's most important, rapidly expanding commercial areas. The hotel
is located adjacent to major exhibition and shopping centers and was formerly known as the Westin Tai
Ping Yang.
Facilities include a ballroom, meeting rooms, banquet halls, Executive Club floors, lounge, delicatessen,
bakery, bar, barber/beauty shop, gift shop, and a fully equipped fitness center with a hot tub, pool, sauna,
and massage services.
